[c-nsp] OT: project management

I've used an OSS solution called dotProject for some time now. While very
full featured, the software/UI can be a little "clunky" at times. I've also
occasionally had to make minor bug-fixes to get it up and running, so it's
best to use if you or your employees are adept at UNIX SA and/or
development. I'm not expert on either of the two, but am fairly well
rounded in debugging, so anybody with that type of background should be able
to handle it.

As for functionality, it does support templates, which can be used to
automatically assign tasks/dependencies and individually update each.

Multiple companies can be created, with Projects, Tasks and Users being
defined per each of those categories.

It's hierarchical support is lacking; even though tasks can be linked, I
don't believe they can be setup as a cascading project (aka, you cannot do:
When X is done, begin Y and its sub-tasks)

Anyways, it's been a great tool for me in a variety of areas and projects --
worth checking out at least.
