[c-nsp] Cisco 2821 and HWIC-1FE

Hi there!

As discussed here some time ago, I needed a third routed interface for 
my 2821 and today I got this cute HWIC-1FE. Installed it, booted 
(12.4(16)) and got a "GT96K_FEWAN-1-UNKNOWN_WIC: NM slot 0, wic card has 
an unknown id 53A". The module was no longer cute to me and I googled 
some time till I found this post in the Cisco forums:

that IOS.

I haven't tried it yet, but is DOWNGRADING really the only way to get 
this module to work??
