Hi Guys

I have a 3560 in a production environment, a user connected to that port
reported that he could not use get to the network
after potting him on another port he was connected. but the port led remains
on and green

when i tried to connect a PC to the port and test the port because the
configuration on the port appears normal the Switch just retarted.
I wish to find out the underlying cause of this Issue, anybody with similar
experience ?

find the show version of the Switch Below

TIA
