(about the card, not PSU) : Uhm, really? OIR is supported by the 7200 non-VXR;
you just have to be careful (no yanking currently in-use interfaces or it might
crash.)

Says Yes to PA's and PSUs, and No to IO and NPE/NSE. No idea on the AC/DC
PSU change though.
(And I've done OIR's on 7204's and 7206 non-VXR's in the distant and
not-so-distant past with no ill effects..)
