1. If you are going to terminate a DS3 for a point to point 
connection running frame relay, HDLC, or PPP, you will want a PA-T3 
or PA-2T3 or a more modern version such as a PA-T3+ or PA-2T3+.

2. If you are terminating a DS3 to break it down into channelized T1 
circuits, then you will want a PA-MC-T3 or PA-MC-T3+ or a PA-MC-2T3+

3. If you are using this for ATM then you will want a PA-A3-T3 or 
PA-A6-T3 (the newer version)

If you are using a DS3 to connect the 7200 and 2800 via a 
point-to-point DS3 from the phone company, then option 1 above will 
likely be the correct choice for you.

You will need two 75 ohm cables with BNC connectors. You may also 
need attenuators for the RX side of your card since many Cisco cards 
have problems with overdriving the receive circuitry. These can be 
found online and many sources have been given in the past which 
should easy to find in the list archives.
