[c-nsp] Storm control - "Unicast" ?

Hello list,

 

we started to use storm control on our 2970 with pretty good results - we
used broadcast control first, but very soon (painfully) realised than
multicast control matters, too.

 

Could somebody clarify what a "unicast storm" is, and how the switch reacts
to it (if configured to do so) ? I have an idea, but I'd like somebody to
confirm how it actually works.
