[c-nsp] CDP agent for hosts

Well that make sense.  I disable CDP for security reasons, but in a 
large environment like that I guess it would make sense.  What if you 
had a 65xx, wouldn't the CDP table be HUGE?, if not cause a problem? 
Just a thought.
