[c-nsp] Cisco IAD2431

hello Tim, group

indeed, CA place endpoint OOS . But , problem arise if MGCP endpoint 
located under nat and ca behind vpf.
Lets figure out, for example ,  external ip of nat router was changed. 
In that case endpoint still silent , cause endpoint didnt know about 
such path changes. Ca
comes to conclusion what endpoint gets oos.
As a results , calls directed in ca->endpoint direction will fail , even 
if endpoint still alive.

ATA186(mgcp) in opposite, dont suffer from such problem, cause it 
actively monitor session and restarts if connection gets lost.

So , to clarify my question - is it possible to force IAD2431 behave 
like ATA186 , if it loose connection to ca ?
