[c-nsp] Cisco IOS versions that support switchport?

  Maybe rather than switchport he wanted to place the interfaces in a
bridge group, perhaps with BVI? Makes me squirm to think why someone
might want to do that, but I occasionally find (and have to dismantle)
such mistakes.
