Soft-reconfig isn't necessarily CPU-intensive.  It's definitely 
memory-intensive.  256MB on my 7500/RSP4s means I have to trust my 
customers to not send me a 'bonus' full table (unfortunately I got the 
t-shirt from one of my customers just a week ago).  512MB on my 
GSR/GRP-Bs means no worries with three full feeds.
