[c-nsp] Output drops on WS-X6348-RJ-45

Hi

I have one Cisco 6506-E/Sup32 (IOS 12.2(18)SXF4) running
WS-X6348-RJ-45 linecard and we see all the time "Output drops" at
FE interfaces on this card.

Currently we're using only 3 first FE ports from all 48. Rest uplink
to other parts on network are on GigE ports on SUP32 (there is no
drops/errors at these GigE ports).

On interfaces there is no input/output errors, CRC, overruns, ignored etc.
I'm sure that there is no oversubscribtion on these ports. So what
causeing 'Output drops' ? Can I debug this in anyway ?
