[c-nsp] Booting 7513 off ATA flash

This box has a RSP4+ in it, which appears to behave differently to
regular RSP4s, probably because the bootstrap knows what a ATA flash
card is.

Typically, I'll 'boot bootldr' the boot image off linear flash (slot0),
then 'boot system' the image off ata flash (disk1). Tried that on this
box - No go. Weird thing is, I can boot SOME images off the flash using
this configuration, just not the ones I want :-) I'm not sure what the
difference is to be honest - Anything that doesn't work always gives the
same error message. The fact that I can boot from the rommon confuses me
even more. Am I just missing something really obvious?

Okay - So, the IOS image is on disk1:, but it won't boot off it. No idea
why. I've got a different system loader on my other 7500s, but they boot
just fine. Usually I do this:

boot-start-marker
boot system disk1:rsp-ik91sv-mz.122-25.S12.bin
boot bootldr slot0:rsp-boot-mz.124-7a.bin
boot-end-marker
