[c-nsp] Booting 7513 off ATA flash

What type of disk is it?

There were some issues where we would issue a request to disk
and they wouldn't return quick enough and that would cause problems.

That will not be fixed because the rommon needs changing and the 75xx's
are not field upgradeable.

>From what I remember though that only happened if you tried to boot
directly from rommon. If you had a valid boot image in bootflash
and it loaded first this problem wasn't seen.

Is that how you did it?
