It is warning you because you have exceeded the "recommended" number of 
vlan-port instances of 1800 for that module. It may not cause real issues.

If you have 100 vlans carried as trunk on 18 ports of that module that 
would count as 1800 virtual-ports.

This is more of a recommended limit based on internal testing
