[c-nsp] pppoe-client on subinterface trunk to a switch

You are correct Joe... the TAC engineer came back to me and said he
misunderstood what I was trying to do and using a bba-group was not
appropriate. I am now told that PPPOE client on subinterfaces is not
supported and this can only be done on the main interface untagged...
