I would keep the Ethernet and telco stuff separate, assuming you
have easy access to fiber. You could build a 2 node OC-48 ring with
Cisco 15454 gear pretty cheaply, That will handle 48 DS-3s & OC-3
circuits. For ethernet just run 10G off a 7600 series
