[c-nsp] SUP7203BXL - show cat traf doesnt work ?

Hi

We have a few 6503-E with SUP720-3BXL.

They are all running 12.2(18)SXF4 ADVIPSERVICES

One of them seems unwilling to show anything for traffic meter.

 This Supervisor hardware revision has no support for traffic meter feature.
