[c-nsp] Module Diagnostics failed?

The command to look at diagnostic result is actually :

show diagnosic result module <mod-no>

The syntax for the msg below is wrong. In newer code, this is fixed. You 
are running old code (from a diagnostics feature perspective).

Try inserting module in another slot, and if the problem still happens it 
is a bad module.
