[c-nsp] Upgrading sup-720 to SRA2

Hello list.

We have been upgrading several sup-720s to SRA2 (from SXE) without any
problems.

But one particular box is not behaving right.

Here below is the console output.

Can someone recommend steps to debug this issue?
