[c-nsp] Version of Cisco IOS not supported on NPE300

I did ask this from TAC, since I was uncertain should I stay in
12.2(25)S or go to 12.2(28)SB, response I got was that they offer me no
different support on either release (and I went to 12.2(28)SB), as
platform is EOL.
However, they did say, that they will support me in software problem,
unless it's related to the NPE300 hardware.
