[c-nsp] Mpls Convergence question

Hi guys,

I have this question i'm trying to make improvements about MPLS Convergence.

I was trying to put this command at the BGP configuration

router bgp xxx
bgp scan 5
neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx load-interval 0

My question is this can be done in one side? At the PE side or CE or both?.
Or just one side it's enough?
