[c-nsp] Ethernet over T1 solution

Hatteras also makes some Ethernet-over-Copper devices.  I have no
personal experience with them, but a partner of ours uses them quite
extensively and has no complaints.  I believe you can get up to 45Mb/s
over 8 copper pairs, if I'm not mistaken.
