[c-nsp] Weird Error Message in 'sho ver' on GSR after upgrade

Hello Sasha:

Done and done.  The show mbus can-error had all zero values and the
clear command didn't seem to alter anything.  The router seems to be
doing what it's supposed to do so I'm not sure that this is a big deal.
