[c-nsp] VPDN Per user/session QoS, MLPPP working?

Firstly, apologies in advance for the cross-post.
Against the restrictions specified in :
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6566/products_feature_guide09186a0080610dad.html
which state:
"Multilink PPP (MLPPP) protocol. That is, multilink bundles are not
supported in either a PPP Termination and Aggregation (PTA) or L2TP
configuration."
This somehow works in 12.3(14)T7, is this an example of an "working"
feature but not supported? or is it indeed supported (and if so , where
can I find a statement that says this?)
Also, note the use of the "percent" directive here,
how does IOS calculate the bandwidth to be assigned here?
does it take it from the size of the parent policy shaper?
how does it know how big the MLPPP bundle is?
