[c-nsp] Splitting VTP domain without a meltdown

You may also want to set "switchport trunk pruning vlan none" on the
trunks of the VTP based switches at the edge of the VTP domain. I seem
to remember we had trouble with VTP pruning in just such a scenario at
my previous employer.
