Jay,
My profile has all of the contact information disabled, and I haven't
received one. I would suspect that your account profile has them enabled. I
would also suspect that someone created a CCO account and used your role
account as the email address. You should request a list of all accounts that
are linked to your service contracts from your Account Team. Use to do this
all the time, because former employees were actually creating accounts after
they left using our contract numbers. You might also try finding out who has
accounts using @west.net or @impulse.net or other email addresses. As you
say it has been going on for a week, I suspect cisco doesn't want it to take
as long either, and they don't want it going to those who don't want it.
