My completely non-expert opinion (and most likely wrong) on this is that it
appears as if your router is running out of memory. Malloc failures
generally occur when a router attempts to grab a chunk of memory for some
purpose and it cannot allocate the requested amount.
Are you running BGP and CEF on this? If so, what does your free memory look
like?
