Look at Cyclades, Lantronix or Opengear for these uses - Cisco offerings
aren't too cost effective or featureful IMO
If you have a lot of Cisco gear Lantronix SLC-range is king as they have
a Cisco pinout on the RJ-45 serial ports - just need a rollover cable.
