[c-nsp] hardware load balancer?

For 5 to 20Mbps you can use IOS SLB that is available in the 7200 and 6500.
Use it in dispatch mode so only connections to the servers are load balanced
and return traffic is sent directly by the server via a loopback using the
VIP. You'll have to check Feature Navigator to confirm where it is
supported. I believe it is also on the 3800's. The Local Director can do
dispatch mode as well, but not being supported anymore I would look at
something more recent.
