[c-nsp] Pix/PDM Problem

[OCOSA ListAcct]

Mine works fine so far with Java 1.5.0_11 on Vista Business. I tried 
1.4.xx did not work crashed. Try 1.5.0_11 you may get some errors on 
commands submitted with the GUI......
