[c-nsp] EAPS frames

Hi,

I've got a couple of 3560s providing ethernet connections between two
buildings.  They are connected to each other with an ISL trunk with
some ports as QinQ tunnel ports and other ports as untagged VLAN
ports.

A customer would like to use an untagged VLAN across the ISL link on
the two 3560s and would like the link to be able to forward EAPS
frames.  Will this work?  Do it require any config to enable it?
