[c-nsp] changing from ospf to eigrp

We just went through years of pain and money to change from eigrp to
ospf. :-)

> - If you talking about redistribution between IGPs, then technically yes. Just be very careful not to create a routing loop. A strategy on how to do this will all depend on the size of your network and the complexity of the migration.
