[c-nsp] snmp oid for module temperature on 7600

Hello.

We use SNMP OIDs on supervisors to monitor the temperature per chassis  
on 7600. OIDs are determined with help of this document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094b9e.shtml

I noticed that inlet and outlet SNMP OIDs for supervisor module  
changes after reload. It seems that oids are moved from one module to  
another by random after reload. This behavior is noticed on 7600  
platform with many SXF IOSes. Is there approach to make it constant  
like using 'snmp-server ifindex persist' for interfaces?
