[c-nsp] RSPAN over IP on a 6500 SUP 2 + MSFC2

Will this not work on SUP2s or is there just no silicon for the EoMPLS?

You're right, hadn't seen that. :-) The Sup32 can do PFC EoMPLS, but not
the Sup2.
