[c-nsp] 3550 password recovery

  I need to recover the pw in 3550. I visit to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps628/products_password_recovery09186a0080094184.shtml
   
  I have problem in step 6 "dir flash"
   
  the switch is showing:
  "unable to stat flash/: permission denied"
