[c-nsp] QoS limiting on 10Ge ports

Hi all

Im looking too limit a 10Ge too ~3Gb using policing.
Platform is 650X/760X Sup32 10Ge PFC3 MSFC 2A.
Is this possible at these speeds?

Any experience too share?
