[c-nsp] Cisco 7600 actual performance

7606/sup720-3bxl/67xx-linecards (no dfc) - nearly 7-8 Gbps with no problems.
Basic MPLS features (AToM, L3 MPLS/VPN, common MPLS switching), BGP (full
view), some ingress and egress filtering at the borders.
