[c-nsp] auto-rp/bsr for external RPs

Hello all,

I'm receiving multicast data feeds from an external network running 
PIM-SM.  RP info is not available via Auto-RP/BSR, so my edge router is 
statically configured with the RP for the multicast groups.  This config 
is repeated on all of my other multicast routers; how can I distribute 
this RP info to my other internal routers using Auto-RP/BSR?  Using 'ip 
pim send-rp-announce' or 'ip pim rp-candidate' doesn't work since my 
router is not the RP for those groups.  PIM-DM is not an option here.  
Any ideas?
