Virendra,
You can configure the penalty for each link going down. This will be
subtracted from the priority of the primary router. When the standby's
priority will get higher than the penalized value, it would take over.
You can also create different HSRP groups, each tracking different WAN
interfaces. This makes sense only if different devices on the LAN correspond
to different WAN links...
