Yes, I had to do exactly the following with a perl script when we run 
into a bug causing some of the MLS entries getting entered as punt 
rather than the correct L2 adjacency.  We had a lot more punt entries in 
our MLS tables because blackhole routes to null0 were entered into the 
MLS as punt.
