[c-nsp] dlsw command

Hi,

The below command didn't reflect to running-config
when we configured on cisco1700.

The commands is below.

(1) dlsw local-peer peer-id [ip-address]
(2) dlsw remote-peer [list-number tcp [ip-address]

(1) and (2) is OK.

(3) dlsw remote-peer [list-number] tcp [ip-address] backup-peer [ip-address]

Only (3) is NG...

After reboot c1700, we configured them again.
They reflect to running-config normally.

Are there any similar issues?
