With a cat 2950 you can olny do lb with source or dest mac-address.
So with a few destination, or single if it'a router, below the juniper, 
traffic will be quite umbalanced, all traffic sent by a source will 
always follow one channel path.
In this scenario src-mac balancing could help, but you haven't cleared 
network topology, so I can only guess.
