You can find a list of which IOS supports it here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6350/products_configuration_guide_
chapter09186a008045bf88.html
The feature navigator is more useful usually:
http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp
The feature is labeled 'ATM OAM Ping'.
Looks like you won't find it on 12.3, or the 3660.

Subject: [c-nsp] OAM pings on 3662 with NM-1A-T3 and a 7100 question
Hello folks,
I can't seem to find the info I'm looking for online...
Does anyone know if OAM pings are a supported comand in any IOS when
using a 3662 and a NM-1A-T3? I'm running 12.3(22) now.
Our 7200 supports it with a different module, at much lower IOS
versions, and it's frustrating to not have this ability with the 3662.
BTW, Does anyone know how a 7100 compares to a 7200 VXR with the NPEG1
processing engine? I was told that the 7100 is approximately the equiv
of one of the lower level NPEs... maybe the 200 or 300? I don't recall.
Thanks
Rick Kunkel
