Not much to offer once they down. I did move the link to another free
port on the box and thing seem to stay. Heck, may be time for a RMA and
a due IOS upgrade ;-)

What's the other end look like? Link-flap errors like that are generated
when a link goes up/down more than 10 times in 60 seconds. Entirely
possible that you have an issue with the remote end, or physical plant.
