[c-nsp] CONST_DIAG-SP-4-ERROR_COUNTER_WARNING - SXH problems?

Am getting this frequently on a 6513 with Sup720 + MSFC3, slot 7 in this case is the active supervisor, box runs 12.2(33)SXH2a, this is our first production SXH box and one of the first problems to crop up with it,
it has been happily running SXF for months and was only upgraded to SXH in the last few weeks:

Jun 17 00:00:56 %CONST_DIAG-SP-4-ERROR_COUNTER_WARNING: Module 7 Error counter exceeds threshold, system operation continue.
Jun 17 00:00:56 %CONST_DIAG-SP-4-ERROR_COUNTER_DATA: ID:26 IN:0 PO:1 RE:344 RM:255 DV:371 EG:2 CF:10 TF:3484

The supervisor ports carry traffic in this case and have a large MTU, MPLS traffic traverses these and hence the giant counter increments (which according to cisco is normal behaviour) which I believe is causing this.

#sh int g7/1 | in MTU|rror|drop|throt|learing
MTU 1600 bytes, BW 1000000 Kbit, DLY 10 usec,
Last clearing of "show interface" counters never
Input queue: 1/2000/49/49 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 0
     0 runts, 241175281 giants, 0 throttles
     0 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
10 output errors, 0 collisions, 1 interface resets

#sh int g7/2 | in MTU|rror|drop|throt|learing
MTU 1600 bytes, BW 1000000 Kbit, DLY 10 usec,
Last clearing of "show interface" counters never
Input queue: 0/2000/858/857 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 0
     0 runts, 1175184183 giants, 1 throttles
     0 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
0 output errors, 0 collisions, 1 interface resets

(uptime in this case is 3 weeks)

Bugtool returns nothing.

Anybody else seen this on SXH?
