[c-nsp] PC plugged into Cisco 1841 - cant do full/100?

is your PC set to 100 Full also?
if not and its set to auto, the cisco will be at 100full and the PC will
default to 100 Half
either configure both to 100 full or both to auto.
PS, you have done a no shut on the cisco yes?
