[c-nsp] Bcast traffic causing high CPU problem on 6509 running SXH

Hi All, 

CPU utilisation on my 6509s ( VS-S720-10G running SXH)
is very high because of applications communicating via broadcast. I
want to stop these broadcasts hitting the 6509 CPU.

The below documents says CoPP for bcast is not supported in hw.

I
can not use "Broadcast Suppression" as this is not a broadcast attack
and i can not use mls rate limiters (it seems you can only limit
unicast and multicast with mls rate-limiters.)

It would be great to have some comments on this or if limiting bcast in hw is possible at all.
