[c-nsp] Strange switchport traffic problem

i have a similar issue with one WS-C3560G-24TS
traffic flowing just fine (300-500M) but no counters...

didn't reload it yet.

> Posting for posterity...this is not a known bug, but TAC agrees it was "weird" and had no suggestions besides shut/no shut on the port (did it), swapping the SFP (couldn't do it), or reloading the switch (did it, now it works).  Waiting to find out if it qualifies for a bug filing.
