The uptime is 1 year and i get now this error first time.

Now it happened again, but i saw one peer who went down (you can see it 
in my log with xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), i received this messages. May be that 
the things are related. Some peers go down and came back to up, but only 
this one peer who goes down, i get this TCP-2-INVALIDTCB messages....
