I'm not *exactly* sure what happened here (need to look more closely at
my mail headers), but I can assure you that "168.218.142.88" is *not*
one of my IP addresses (and has never been).

So I think this was a fake, and never came near one of my machines :-/

Most likely a virus spam, or so.  I've seen a few of those recently, 
claiming to be mailer errors and having a malware attachment.
